Laundry service is available at the hotel. Guests can drop off dirty items at the reception, and they will be returned the next day, clean and fresh.

Are the Junior Suites located on higher floors, and is there a lift access?

Junior Suites are situated on the second to fifth floors. While there is a lift, it starts from the first floor, which requires climbing 22 steps from the ground level.
